With the best will in the world…….!

It doesn’t matter how long we painstakingly take to get a binoculars collimation from this before collimation

To this: Post collimation

If the carrier does THIS to the binocular on it’s way back to you there is a chance that the binocular will come back to you in worse condition than when you sent it to us. However we have to say that we have done everything we possibly can to insure that your binocular will survive the journey. In the first place we have selected our carrier carefully, they are not the cheapest, but they have the best record of all the carriers we have used in the past and our returns rate is now extremely low. In the second place we don’t stint on our packaging we use new boxes with plenty of shock absorbent fill and we clearly mark each box as ‘fragile’ to give it the best chance of protecting it’s precious cargo.

So if you flinch at the thought of paying us the £9.95 we ask to cover the cost of returning your repaired binocular to you it is in fact only a contribution and doesn’t cover the true cost, but we are happy to subsidise the rest so that you can relax, safe in the knowledge that everything that can be done is being done to return your repaired binocular to you fully functional and ready to go.
